Return & Refund Policy

Albaama offers a 7 days return for certain items that must meet a certain requirements for a return.

Before an item must be returned please ensure that all tags, seals and labels on the items are left intact. The items must be in it initial packaging before it will be accepted. Before an item will be delivered it will be checked properly before delivery, if you were given a broken or damaged item please contact us as soon as it is discovered and if it is discovered at the point which you collect your item, please do not accept it.

-- How Do I Return An Item

>> After discovering the item and you wish to return it, you can go to the account page and in my order tab click more info and on the next page click the request a return button and then select the reason and explain why you want to return the products or send us a message or call our customer care lines or email us on our contact page here

>> We would request a picture of the item and once it is validated we would send you a means of collecting the refund or another item

>> If after 7 days you did not return an item back, then you can never return it again since we will take it that you are satisfied with it.

>> Product with tampered UPC (universal product code)

>> Inner wears, socks and jewelry

>> Damaged product due to misuse

Note: If you ordered using a credit/debit card method on the checkout page. Then there is a possibility that 99% of the your money will returned to you because we are using a third party payment gateway. so please bear with us.
